Welcome to Session 6 in Defining the Relationship: “Love Languages.”

Gary Chapman’s concept of the five love languages remains one of the simplest and most effective tools to help people lower fear and increase love in their relationships.

In this session, I’ll describe each of the five love languages and the core message they communicate to people. We all hear love in different ways. If you and the person you’re thinking about marrying understand that and begin adjusting to send the message “I love you very much” in the way you each need to hear it, you will set yourselves up to build a healthy, strong connection that will go the distance.
