In this video, I'll be giving you a tour of our latest short-term rental on Airbnb. This was my primary residence in the Bay Area for several years, but since we're moving to Texas soon, we decided to put it up on Airbnb instead of renting it to long-term tenants.

Renting properties as fully furnished rentals allows us to get around 2 times what we would normally get! It requires a lot more upfront work and active management to ensure the guests enjoy their time with us.
