Fear Tactics Used By Narcissists
Fear Tactics are a standard tactic of a narcissistic abusive ex-spouse. They will use the intimate knowledge about us in an attempt to dysregulate our emotions, break our spirit and paralyze us to inaction.
In this video, I talk about how the narcissist targets our fears to use our children, employment, possessions, money, and intimate past details of our lives against us. I discuss how they are able to utilize that fear to give them the advantage and try to break our will to continue to fight.
I will also talk about techniques I’ve used to understand this is a tactic and how we can take our power back from the narcissistic abusive ex by removing emotions from our equation.
