ATEEZ(에이티즈) - 'ILLUSION' AND 'WAVE' MV REACTION

You already know these two songs are going to be played on repeat this whole summer! This makes me so happy, both songs are SO SO good and cathy, perfect for the season. Both have different vibes, melody, sound but yet it is very them. It shows how versatile they are as well since their last comeback was rather dark in opposite to this one. This comebacks is so fresh, so vibrant, colourful, energetic, joyful etc. I cannot believe it took me so long to realise they are on a pirate ship (so pirate king) looking for a treasure (so treasure), the references in Illusion to their past MVs are so genius! I believe I saw the mask from Say my name/Hala Hala era as well right? And then in Wave, they just look happy! And that makes me happy! The MV makes me thing of one word in particular: youth! And that’s also why I believe their music feels like a bowl of fresh air! They are bringing their energy into this industry that is becoming saturated in a way and I personally find it harder to get attached to rookie groups as they are many of them (and as I already am stanning SO many other groups).
I am really glad I discovered them and wish for many other to get to know them because they are the future.
