J Geiger revolutionized motorized shading in 2011 with ultra-sleek, rounded hardware that concealed all wires and screws. A radical departure from industry standard L-shaped brackets, our brackets eliminated the need for valances, fascia, or ceiling pockets. We reinvented the installation process as well, building systems on site to accentuate architecture with exacting precision. Our work became wildly popular in markets like Beverly Hills, the Hamptons, and Manhattan where the complexities associated with perfection could be easily afforded.

Other fascia-free shading systems emerged. Many lacked aesthetic. A few stylish options rivaled our signature look, but exorbitant pricing left consumers to prioritize budget over design or design over budget. Inception Shades were made to bridge that gap.
