Multiple detained as anti-ICE protests spread across the US
More than 1,000 demonstrations against the Trump administration’s immigration crackdown were planned across the country this weekend after the killing of Minnesota woman Renee Nicole Good by an ICE agent. Most of the protests were coordinated “ICE Out For Good” events and organizers emphasized the demonstrations would be “nonviolent, lawful, and community-led.”
