Watchdog acts as a front-facing control panel that provides secure local network access, DNS resolution, conditional reverse proxy routing, and power state orchestration for Proxmox-based infrastructure.

The core idea emerged from a simple need: save on energy by keeping Proxmox powered off when not in use but wake it reliably on demand without exposing the intricacies of Wake-on-LAN to every user.
