Great Rural Towns in Wyoming to Retire or Buy Real Estate.

Want to get some real estate and a mortgage and live the American Dream in Wyoming?
Today we are looking at great rural towns in the Cowboy State.
Wyoming is a Western state that prides itself on its Old West Frontier history.
The land and the people still carry that old west spirit.
Wyoming has been a move-to hot spot for years. As other western states cool down like Colorado, Montana, and Oregon, Wyoming has picked up steam. Land in most places is reasonable, crime isn’t a major issue in 99% of the state and it’s beautiful.
Like I said in the other videos, I normally do Top 10 lists, but not all states have 10 good rural towns and I don’t want to waste your time with some places that are a reach just to get to 10. Wyoming’s issues in their small rural towns are access to healthcare and quality internet sort of. In the flatlands, Star Link is great in Wyoming. I have watched several reviews. But, those two things knocked a bunch of great small towns off this list.

The focus of this series is rural towns. That normally implies a good distance outside a metro area.
With the towns in this video, we are looking for that sweet spot. A decent place to live that isn’t too close to any major cities, easy on the crime rate, not 5 hours away from a hospital or so far out in the sticks they have horrible internet.
