Perth Salute 2017 - Parade with visiting bands from India & Japan through Perth, Scotland

Inspired by the 2016 Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo outreach performance in Perth, the City created its own event for 2017. All those involved took part in a parade from South Inch at 12 noon on Sunday 20 August, heading along Tay Street to an arena performance on the North Inch.
Acts included the Red Hot Chilli Pipers, Perth & District Pipe Band, Beats of Brazil, Criterion Jazz Band, Phoenix Cheerleaders, Riders of the Storm, Gaita Medieval Music, Black Watch Cadet ACF Band, The Japan Ground self-defence Central Band and the Indian Naval Band.
