Heel - Toe tehnika za duplu pedalu

So, if we want to learn this heel toe technigue or five-finer as i call it. It's necessery to next steps: it's two moves( heel and toes), so first beat is heel and secend one toes. And u doing this two moves alternately. Then a little bit faster and then everything the same just on the left leg. So if we want to do alternating with left and right foot we have to folow next steps: so we start with the right heel ( if we are right-handed) then left heel, secend one we start with the toes on the right, then on the left leg. And keep repeating these two steps..Then a little bit faster
With this techingue you will have good control and stamina too. Soo you should play with metronom which is the most important thing. You have to play clean and also play dinamic ( louder and quiet). So trun the metronom on and start slowly whit the right then left heels. And right then left toes. Keep practicing like that. And also one important thing you can play whit the hand on the drums. Try to stand as long as possible.
With one minute, two or three as long as you can. But it has to be longer because you have to strengthen the front muscle and that gonna hurt a lot.

When i was starting to play drums a started with the slide techinigue and i didn't feel the pain. But since i wanted to play alternately i had to learn heel technigue. So keep practicing every day for an hour.
