i am not the creator of Half-Life: Google Translate Edition. the funny man who originally created this mod is BinkusTheTrinkus (https://www.moddb.com/members/sausageeggs ), credit to him, you should totally go check him out.

so, for backstory about why i decided to port this, i have been working on this mod since late 2021, but never got around to finishing it or even making it public after a year. the models were a bit complicated to port, especially the map's textures, since most of them were misaligned or tiled due to having a different image size. this port also included some sound fixes, such as missing vox sounds that were in the sentences.txt file but not in the sounds folder (i wonder if binkus knows about it), and also fixed one google translated hgrunt voiceline that was supposed to play but was misnamed in the sound files.

you can leave as much hate feedback as you want, saying that i ruined a perfect mod by porting it to a horrible game port and etc, i just made this because i was planning to port it to garry's mod in the future. and also because i think it would be hella funny with the hl:s glitches in it.

if i ever get around working on this mod again, i will be sure to upload the mod on moddb or anywhere else i could possibly publish this. i might also publish it on the gmod workshop if i get the chance (excluding the distribution of other half-life: source textures, files and etc since piracy isn't allowed).
