Easy No-Knead Artisan Bread | Rosemary & Thyme
This INCREDIBLE No-Knead bakery style bread takes only 5 minutes of prep to make. It’s the easiest artisan bread I’ve seen and so adaptable! Leave it as a classic loaf or add in rosemary and thyme like I did – it’s an amazing recipe every time! Crusty and golden brown on the outside, soft, chewy and moist on the inside.

Recipe:
Ingredients-
3 Cups All Purpose Flour (or Bread Flour)
½ Tsp Yeast
1 Tsp Salt
1 ½ Cups Hot Water (Not Boiling)
1 Tsp Rosemary (Optional)
1 Tsp Thyme (Optional)
Method –
In a large bowl combine flour, salt, yeast and mix with a fork. Finely chop the rosemary and thyme. Add the herbs to the mixture along with the hot tap water (130F max if you have a thermometer – otherwise let your tap run until it is hot).
Mix together until thoroughly combined. Cover with cling film or a tea towel and let sit for 3 hours at room temperature.
After 3 hours sprinkle flour on to a clean worktop and pour out bread mixture. Sprinkle flour on the top and use a bread scraper (or your hands) to shape the dough. Set aside in a non-stick bowl.
Preheat your oven to 450 degrees F and place your Dutch oven or pot into the oven to heat up. Once it has reached temperature, take out your Dutch oven and place your dough into the bottom. With the lid on, pop it into the oven for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes take the top off and cook for a further 15-20 or until bread loaf is golden brown. Slice once cool and enjoy!
