Colorado judge to decide if 14th Amendment disqualifies Trump from office. Spoiler alert: it does.

A trial is underway in a Colorado courtroom to determine if the section 3 of 14th Amendment disqualifies Donald Trump from holding office again. Given that Trump incited, engaged in, and assisted the insurrection, AND gave aid and comfort to the insurrectionists with pledges of "love and pardons," it does.
