- How many calls can I do in a single line vs a triple line dialer and as a complete newbie first time dialing which would you recomend? have a D4$ list of 555
- How can I be consistent with cold calling and how long should I cold call each day?
- What text blast system do u recommend?
- What is an inspection period and how do you word that to a seller and is it in the agreement?
- Whats the best way to give in offer verbal or written to be more effective
- Can you be a real estate agent and a wholesaler
- How do we position ourselves to sellers when they ask for our company/experience when we are new to wholesaling and have no website? Is there a way to keep their trust?
- Do you leave voicemails?
- What would you do if you run out of time with your deal?
- Hey Brent i cold call expireds for listings 2-3 hours a day. Do you think I should call probates instead for wholesale deals. My friend is the owner of successors data so i have access to data
- How big of a list should i get ?
- How long do you give yourself with the closing date? 30 days? if seller wants it gone asap, is 2 weeks too soon? (for beginners)
- What do you recommend for a Follow up schedule?
