Delhi: Security has been beefed up outside the Crime Branch office as supporters gather ahead of the release of Uday Bhanu Chib, chief of the Indian Youth Congress.

A Delhi court granted bail to Chib, who was arrested in connection with a protest during the India AI Impact Summit. He is expected to be released later today.

Police have made additional security arrangements in view of the arrival of supporters at the Crime Branch office.
