Try this ultimate glow up routine. Follow along to this 10 minute glow up workout routine. This beginner friendly 10 minute full body hiit workout will give you the ultimate GLOW UP quicker and easier! No equipment required for this workout! You can do this at home, outside or anywhere you please. Let’s get these waists SNATCHED! This workout will get your heart rate up and help you reach your glow up fast! 💥

Feel free to take longer breaks if you need it. No shame in anyone's game! Also drink plenty of water and hydrate yourself before and after the workout. 💦 Be sure to do a basic (30 seconds on jumping jacks and 20 seconds rest for 5 minutes) warm-up prior to this workout. (I’ll have the ultimate warm-up posted for you soon!) As well as a 5 minute cool down ❄️ (30 seconds on jumping jacks and 30 seconds rest for 5 minutes) (The ultimate cool down video is coming soon!) afterward to ensure your body is ready to go! 💪🏾
