Thinking about visiting Panama City, Panama? Well, travel with me as I journey to Panama to enjoy the country's rich culture. In this episode, it's "travel day". Once there, I ate Panamanian Tamales, one of my favorite foods from he country, and did some shopping at El Costo a mini supermarket.
