My improved pancake recipe:
135g Plain Flour
2 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
pinch of salt
130ml milk - plus extra to loosen up the batter
1 egg
Vanilla extract/essense to taste
Chocolate chips

Mix all dry ingredients with a whisk
Mix all wet ingredients
Combine and add milk until batter drops off the spoon easily
Add chocolate chips (optional)
