Madeleines are absolutely super amazing treats to make, they are a little underrated in my opinion, or unexplored, last year I’d posted an egg based recipe and a lot of you wanted an eggless one, so here goes!

Ingredients-
1. 1/4 cup caster sugar
2. 1/4 cup curd
3. 1/2 tsp vanilla
4. Zest of 1 lemon
5. 1/2 cup Maida
6. Pinch of salt
7. 1/4 tsp baking powder
8. 1/4 cup melted butter
9. Squeeze of lemon juice
10. 1/2 cup blueberries
