President Joe Biden in a ‘world of pain’
Sky News Washington Correspondent Annelise Nielsen says US President Joe Biden is in a “world of pain” over disrupted plans to pass an infrastructure bill.
“He’s got a few things that have all piled up at exactly the same time; that really means his legacy is on the line,” Ms Nielsen told Sky News host Andrew Bolt.
“He came in saying he was going to revolutionise American infrastructure, that this was going to be a once in a generation package – and a big part of that was climate change action.”
