Woman Interrupts Traffic Stop Then Gets Herself Arrested

On April 23, 2022, an officer observed a vehicle driving against traffic on a one-way street in La Crosse, WI. While making contact with the driver, an uninvolved female approached and began interfering with the traffic stop. She was yelling and ignoring commands from officers eventually drawing a disruptive crowd.
