Facial massage strengthens facial muscle, promotes collagen production, increases circulation, and detoxifies. It is a great anti-aging tool. And so relaxing! I am not a skin care professional. Just sharing my own experience. I share with you what I learned from another YouTube creator, Dr. Ivan 6 and adapted it to fit my skincare routine. Frequency = what ever works for you. I usually do it once a week.

I was 59 1/2 when I made this video.
Use generous amount of light facial oils. For example: jojoba oil, safflower seed oil, sesame oil, rice bran oil, camellia oil, argan oil. Oils that are too heavy, like olive or coconut oils should not be used.
Important reason for oil is to provide the slip so your hands glide on the skin. Do not tug or pull your skin.
You can do daily or one a week. It is all up to you. Important: what fits into your schedule but enjoy and relax through the process. I usually do at night before bed on cleaned skin.
You can wash off the oil afterwards or just take a very warm towel to clean the oil off. You can also continue with your skin care routine afterwards if you want.
I have not had any plastic surgery or procedures such as botox or fillers on my face. I do have hyperpigmentations due to not wearing sun protection when I was younger. So please use sunscreen!!!!!!!!!!!
