1-Handed Rener vs. Purple, Brown & Black Belt at Vancouver Seminar

At the end of the sold-out Super Seminar in Vancouver, Rener decided to roll with some of the participants. Nursing a shoulder injury, Rener decided to tie down his right arm under his belt. Since some of the sparring sessions were recorded by the students, Rener went ahead and narrated over the footage so you could learn a few tricks to up your one-handed sparring game!
