With 3D products, you should divide the details according to each plane, then put the details together.
When joining the details together, you can add an outer wire, use a small wire to wrap the details, add beads in the empty places to make the product stronger.
Normally, I use 0.8 wire ( 20 gauge) for bending details, and 0.3 wire ( 28 gauge) for connecting the details
Because it is a simulation product, you can reduce or change a few details to make it simpler
You can also draw sketches the details and calculate the parameters before doing so to reduce the number of attempts.
However, with the new model, I do not always have accurate calculations, sometimes the reality is not the same as imagined. You have to learn from experience and recalculate the parameters after each failure.
Once you get used to calculating the parameters, the calculations will be more precise.
