White Ragu with Truffle and Tajarin | Ragu Bianco | 서울 식당에서 배운 화이트라구 파스타!

Today, I am re-making a video I did a while ago on white ragu! White ragu, or ragu bianco, with truffle and tajarin is one of my favorite pasta I learned during my time working in Seoul! It was one of the most popular menu item in the place I worked in.
I realize tajarin is a very uncommon (or almost forbidden?) type of pasta paired with ragu but it was paired that way, and frankly, it is very delicious!

Truth to be told, I am quite embarrassed by my old video haha. That video was made when I just started out making videos for fun and it's always been embarrassing, replying to questions in the comments section of such an old video.

Anyway, I hope you guys enjoy it and give this a try! It's delicious!

월래 라구는 타야린이랑 같이 먹지는 않는데, 이건 제법 잘어울리는거 같아요!

사실 예전 영상이 조금 부끄럽기도 했어요 ㅎㅎ
