Riding Our Brompton's to Rosedale Chimney Bank

On a recent trip to Yorkshire to ride the way of the Roses, we took some extra time to cycle around and see some other places, one was the Rosedale Chimney bank.
When approached from the South there is a long uphill climb of around 2 miles from Hutton le Hole. This is the way we approached the summit on our Brompton folding bikes.
The North approach is extremely steep and shares the status as England's steepest road along with Hard Knott pass in the lake district.
