▷ 0.5 oz (15 ml) Propolis Spirit (homemade)
▷ 0.5 oz (15 ml) 1:1 Honey Syrup
▷ 0.5 oz (15 ml) Lemon Super Juice
Method: Shake & Strain
Garnish: Lemon Twist
Notes: A propolis-twist on a classic Bee's Knees

Mid-Stream Drink

Unnamed Cucumber Jalapeño Tequila Highball - Similar to Ranch Water
▷ 4-5 Muddled Cucumbers and Jalapeños (if you have em)
▷ 2 oz (60 ml) Cucumber Jalapeño Tequila (21 Seeds)
▷ 1 oz (30 ml) Lime Juice
▷ 1 oz (30 ml) Rich Demerara Syrup (Pratt Standard)
▷ Top with Soda Water
Method: Shake & Strain all except Soda Water, then top
Garnish: Cucumber Slice
