Cal-Waste International Workstar 7600 McNeilus RL 5714

Big thanks to the crew for letting me film! About 2 weeks ago Cal-Waste had their annual clean up in a small town they service called Woodbridge. They sent out 3 rear loaders and that still left them working until about 6. This was one of the very unique trucks they own and with a quick look you can probably see that this is not in their normal colors, but in the Waste Connections paint scheme. This truck actually started off as a Waste Management truck up in Calaveras County but a little while after Waste Connections took over and it was repainted. Then Cal-Waste took over but just slapped their logo on it and it’s been like that ever since. It’s also pretty unique since it has an International cab on it which isn’t super common out here. They were also running a Volvo Chagnon RL with the exact same story (Also filmed that truck). The third truck they were running was a Volvo heil 5000 RL but the packer was horrendously slow so there is no video of that. Although I finally got to film their Curbtender instead of their heil 5000. It was a super entertaining day as they were running some super cool rear loaders, were picking up huge piles and all the crews were super friendly!
