Groundbreaking for the Clinton Presidential Library (2001)

This is video footage of the ground breaking ceremonies for the William J. Clinton Presidential Library in Little Rock, Arkansas. Former President Bill Clinton, Little Rock Mayor Jim Daley, James "Skip" Rutherford, and Dave Alsobrook (director of the Clinton Materials Project) are present on the dais. The building in the background is the former Rock Island Choctaw train depot, which was the Little Rock stop for the Choctaw Rocket passenger train route when in service.
