Waheedullah Hashimi, a senior member of Taliban said that Afghanistan may be governed by a ruling council. He said that there won't be democratic system in Afghanistan and Sharia law will be re-imposed. The Islamist militant movement's supreme leader, Haibatullah Akhundzada, is expected to remain in overall charge.
