Today is my birthday – no birthday party this year, but I'm looking forward to a family zoom this afternoon! And I’m so happy to be able to connect with all of the wonderful people I have met here on YouTube over the years!
I don’t always get a chance to talk about what’s going on lately, many of you ask me about health, diet and style tips, so I do touch on those subjects among other topics today.
Being a pro-ager, I do enjoy my birthday, and I am grateful to still have the gift of life!
