These web applications allow you to create, update delete, read, and manage customer complaints with required data reporting, proper issue status progress monitoring, cool responsive UI, and firster paging, sorting, and searching functionality. Additionally, system will store each user’s login history separately for each login and logout time into the system.

Application will allow you to collect all of your customer support requests as a digital complaints from various channels and manages them from one place properly. As an Admin user you can add unlimited complaints/issues categories, status, and priority from the admin panel so that the end-users can create complaints/issues accordingly.
An admin user can manage all users and complaints progress from the admin panel with proper action and a relevant data reporting system.

Complaint Raise User:
As a complaint raise user I can create a complaint, add documents to my complaint, add comments, get a notification for any update of that complaint, and can change the compliant progress status as well. Also, I can assign my assigned to me complaint to another user from the listed available user.
Finally, I can print the complaint or download it as a PDF file with details of the complaint.

Admin User:
An admin user has full control of the system. Here is a summary of features of the admin user,
1. Can create unlimited Complaint/Issue categories, status, and priority
2. Can change the assignee and update issue progress status
3. Can generate two different reports for monitoring the ongoing issue and submit the complaint status to management,
