This is kinda something to compliment the Blitzstrahl base, this is a more softer base and has a bit more of a sunshine feel, hence the name of the base, Soleil is the French word for the Sun. Again I had fun experimenting with the motifs, going from Minor scale to Major scale, like used on my Yorkshire Base and my Extreme Base, and hints from Westmorland Nights and Tales of the Holme Valley.
