Kobalt Battery Pack Repair and Upgrade

Today we will be repairing and upgrading this Kobalt Lithium Ion Battery pack which shows no functionality. After opening the pack, testing shows that only one battery has failed. Though this single battery could have been replaced we opted to double the capacity and add new batteries to the unit.
