Filipino artists share weaving and storytelling traditions in public workshops

The National City-based Philippine performing arts company, PASACAT, retains cultural traditions through music and dance. KPBS Gloria Penner Fellow Elaine Alfaro says this week, the organization is hosting a series of workshops to connect the community with cultural and indigenous roots.
