Cardio Exercise Dance Mix 2- EDM mix 128bpm

Just for fun and fitness! Ever since I was 15-years old and I had a turntable and a cassette deck- I've been mixing sounds and snippets of songs. All these years later, nothing has changed. My short-lived career as a DJ turned to TV and Film and then to an educator- but my love for mixing sounds and songs never stopped. In my classes, I teach my students the basics of BPM and EDM and let them produce--but I still love to- just for fun...

And that's the point of all of these mixes...just for fun..enjoy and share....anywhere.

This one, in particular, was the second of many "cardio mixes" made for some gyms that asked for them after I posted a few on Soundcloud. So, I taught the students how to do it and then runners and triathletes asked for workout music....
