Seattle to Vancouver, Canada By Train: Dining on the Amtrak Cascades Bistro, Amazon Go and 85c Cafe

After a fantastic stay in Seattle with Lois, it’s time to head back. I can’t think of a better way to travel back than by train! I’ve been looking forward to taking the Amtrak train from Seattle Washington to Vancouver Canada. I heard there was a nice Bistro on the Amtrak Cascades train, but just to play it safe, I’m going to pick up some snacks from Amazon Go and a new Taiwanese Bakery called 85c Bakery Cafe that is just a block away from Amtrak’s King Street Station.

This was a enjoyable 4 hour journey with comfortable seats, courteous attendants, and of course, a dining car with fantastic views. Along with the fantastic clam chowder, I had the opportunity to try out some of the conveniences and tasty meals from Amazon Go along with some indulgent desserts from 85C Bakery Cafe. I also had a chance to try an amazing coffee from cafe; a cold salted coffe that was smooth and creamy.
