So what is happiness exactly?
Well, it’s hard to say because it is such an abstract idea, right…
But we know that our happiness has a lot to do with our brain and our happiness hormones.
So what are the names of these "feel good" hormones you may ask? Well, their names are: dopamine, serotonin, endorphins, and oxytocin.
And before we talk about this so-called “dopamine menu” let’s talk about our “feel good" hormones in a little detail, shall we?
