2 Gobo Roots

1 Daikon

1 Bundle Daikon Greens

2 Carrots

10-12 Shiitake Mushrooms.

Tip: Roll up a small piece of paper towel and place it between the lid and pot. This way the condensation from the steam won't splatter out onto your stove. We do this when we are simmering all of our soups.
