Creating a RecyclerView that handles Click Events in Android Studio (Kotlin 2020)

After a few requests to create a RecyclerView, here it is! I tried to keep it as simple as possible. Hopefully this gave you a better understanding on how a RecyclerView works.

In the next few weeks I'll try to make a ViewPager2 tutorial.
