Cognitive & Psychiatric Disorders in Parkinson's Disease - Andrew Ridder, MD

Parkinson’s is more than a movement disorder. Dr. Ridder explains the non-motor (non-movement) cognitive and psychiatric problems seen in people with Parkinson’s disease, focusing on frequency, symptoms and treatment options. The non-motor symptoms discussed include apathy, depression, fatigue, anxiety, dementia, hallucinations and impulse control. This video is part of a playlist of 6 videos of the sessions in the University of Michigan's Parkinson's Disease & You Symposium held on October 9, 2016 and sponsored by the U-M Udall Center of Excellence for Parkinson’s Disease Research.
