Especially in the midst of The Great Resignation, global CEO coach and leadership writer Sabina Nawaz says it’s crucial to find a way to connect the dots so your vision is relevant to employees. But Sabina says there are three common communication barriers to keep in mind if your idea isn’t sticking with employees.
