Prepping for a long haul flight? These wellness essentials will ease and keep you healthy:

• the right sized carry-on — @thenorthface or @specktravel
• external charger
• leak-proof water bottle
• quart-sized bags — or @stasherbag work great
• travel pack of wipes
• travel neck pillow — @bullbirdgear
• noise cancelling headphones — @bose
• blackout eye mask — @mantasleep
• extra blanket/doubles as scarf
• cloves oil

• comfy layers (I mean, layers!) of clothing
