This is the first of many step aerobics workout. If you don't have a step box, get one because I'll be publishing plenty of step workouts.
This beginner step aerobics workout will burn a ton of calories and tone your leg muscles.
Doing steps workouts is more effective than marching in place because of the wider range of motion.
I may also note that this workout is doable even for people with knee problems. Do it several times a week if you want to get great results.
