John Deere S660 steering cylinder upgrade. (Hard steering fixed!)

In this video, I go on a service call to upgrade the steering cylinder on a John Deere S660. Customer was complaining it was really hard to steer and I've got the solution to fix him right up! This past fall we already upgraded the steering EH valve but we didn't get a chance to get the steering cylinder swapped out yet. We upgrade the steering cylinder from the original 70mm to a 80mm cylinder. It makes a big difference. The new valve and steering cylinder reduces the overall torque in the steering column and optimizes the maximum steering pressure which reduces steering effort. Watch the process!

80mm Steering Cylinder: AHC10040

2 - 38H5135 fittings

2 - 51M7042 (O rings)

2 - T77857 (O rings)
