Hair is an important feature to most people and a big part of our image. We spend hours perfecting styles and trading our hard-earned salaries for haircuts and new shades of colour. So what happens when your hair starts to show those tell-tale signs of age before you are ready to see them? It is a journey that most of us will have to go on after all.

In this video I talk candidly about the lessons I have learned since my first grey hairs appeared over 20 years ago, the battles I have fought trying to keep them from showing before accepting them as part of my natural self and reaping the benefits.
