I'm making this post because I sat with poor computer posture for 9 years.

It wasn't easy to understand my mistakes at the time, much less how to fix them.

But I got it done.

I eventually wrote a book about my experience.

And I want to help others fix their computer posture by learning from my mistakes.

And hopefully save them time, pain, and money.

By learning what helped me and what didn't.
