This is a drain i started clearing after it caused a neighborhood area to flood and I spent 3 years doing this work every month, the last year was filmed and after a trip inside I saw it was in need of replacement and i reported it to DOT for months and after ignoring me it finally failed and they still didn't listen until I called the news and it was replaced the next month with a bypass culvert to pause any damage until summer when they plan to reopen it as a overflow. They admit it was 20 years overdue and due to having millions they cannot keep track of them all and with little funding they sadly have to wait until they fail
