Back of the Track Racing!

In this video we were at edinburg motorsports park's racing event held at edinburg, texas which is the southern most racetrack in Texas. Racers normally race at the beginning of the track and use a christmas tree. But, at this event they had a top end race where the racers start at the end of the track. Why start racing at the end of the track? Because it is less rubber for the racers to race on which makes more of a true no prep race. The surface is as sketchy as it can be and the racers were testing on it before racing. In the thumbnail you can see a turbo camaro popping a small wheelie during testing. The racers can hook on this surface but it will take some tuning and adjusting to the new surface to race on.
