How to create a TOPO STL File

If you are like me you think of an idea and have to figure out how to do it!! Here I walk you through the process of creating a TOPO STL File from government Topographical data.
I partnered up with @myerswoodshop to make an awesome gift for my brother. He took the file and cut it on his Onefinity CNC.
